The State appeals an order entered pursuant to Fla.R.Crim.P. 3.190, reducing the charges against the appellees from murder in the first degree to murder in the second degree. The order is affirmed upon authority of State v. Dixon, 283 So.2d 1 (Fla. 1973).

Affirmed.
