ORDER
Per curiam: Jaspera Rainey ("Rainey") appeals from her conviction, following a trial by jury before the Circuit Court of Buchanan County, of one count of assault in the third degree, section 565.070, for which she was sentenced to one-year imprisonment. Rainey raises one multifarious point on appeal. Rainey argues the trial court erred in denying her motion in limine and overruling her objections to the testimony of a forensic pathologist who had performed the autopsy on Victim about Victim's injuries below the head and neck for three reasons: (1) the testimony was inadmissible evidence of other crimes, (2) the testimony was not logically nor legally relevant, and (3) the testimony was more prejudicial than probative. We affirm. Rule 30.25(b).
