Substitute information charging the defendant with the crimes of possession of narcotics with intent to sell by a person who is not drug-dependent, possession of narcotics with intent to sell and possession of a narcotic substance, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford and tried to the jury before Handy, J., verdict of guilty of possession of narcotics with intent to sell and possession of a narcotic substance; thereafter, the court dismissed the charge of possession of a narcotic substance and rendered judgment of guilty of possession of narcotics with intent to sell, from which the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
