In Re: Keyon Pullins, applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 06-12-0326.

BEFORE: PETTI GREW, McDONALD AND McCLENDON, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. Relator alleges he filed this request for mandamus relief only eleven days after he filed a motion in the court below. This Court will not intervene in a proceeding where the applicant has not allowed sufficient time for the trial court to respond.
