Supreme Court of Hawaii

Opinion

November 30, 2001.

APPEAL FROM THE SECOND CIRCUIT COURT (CR. NO. 96-0023)

MOON, C.J., LEVINSON, NAKAYAMA, RAMIL and ACOBA, JJ.

ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

Upon review of the record, it appears that: (1) Appellant appeals the circuit court's August 15, 2001 order denying a motion for production of documents; (2) the appeal of the August 15, 2001 order, the Honorable Shackley F. Raffetto, presiding, is an appeal of a post-judgment order that is not authorized by HRS § 641-11; and thus, (3) we lack jurisdiction over this appeal. Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this appeal is dismissed for lack of appellate jurisdiction.
