STATE OF LOUISIANA v. JAMES T. PRYOR

In Re: James T. Pryor, applying for supervisory writs, 22nd Judicial District Court, Parish of Washington, Nos. 93-CR1-55035 & 93-CR9-55035.

BEFORE: PARRO, GUIDRY AND DRAKE, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. In the motion at issue in this writ, relator asked the district court to set aside his conviction and sentence. Accordingly, the trial court did not err in denying the motion as it is an untimely request for postconviction relief. La. Code Crim. P. art. 930.8; See State v. Jarrow, 2004-0483 (La. 9/24/04), 882 So.2d 1160.
