For the reasons stated in the companion case of State of Louisiana v. Scheen, 539 So.2d 846 (La.App. 3rd Cir. 1989), in which a separate opinion is being rendered by us this day, the judgment of the trial court sentencing Henry Paul Prins to two years imprisonment at hard labor is affirmed.

AFFIRMED.
