       PER CURIAM.

       This appeal comes to this Court on the Clerk's transcript. Defendant was charged with intoxication. A plea of guilty was entered and from the judgment entered thereon, the defendant has appealed.

       We have examined the record and finding no error therein, the judgment appealed from is affirmed.

       Affirmed.
