DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion to proceed anonymously and to appoint Mental Hygiene Legal Service as counsel for appellant pursuant to Mental Hygiene Law §10.13(b) and for extension of time to perfect appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to proceed anonymously and to appoint Mental Hygiene Legal Service as counsel is granted, without costs, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect the appeal is extended to September 12, 2016.
