STATE of Iowa, Plaintiff–Appellee, v. Casey Lee PINEGAR, Defendant–Appellant.

Appeal from the Iowa District Court for Polk County, Robert A. Hutchison, Judge. The defendant appeals his conviction for delivery of a controlled substance, alleging the evidence was insufficient to convict and the verdict was against the weight of the evidence. AFFIRMED.
