STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Dominic E. PINEDA, Appellant.

Nathan J. Aquino, Jefferson City, for Respondent. Jeffrey C. Esparza, for Appellant.

Nathan J. Aquino, Jefferson City, for Respondent.

Jeffrey C. Esparza, for Appellant.

Division Three: Edward R. Ardini, Jr., Presiding Judge, Alok Ahuja, Judge and Gary D. Witt, Judge

ORDER

PER CURIAM: Dominic Pineda appeals his convictions of attempted distribution of a controlled substance, armed criminal action, and second-degree felony murder following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Platte County. Pineda asserts there was insufficient evidence that the substance he attempted to distribute was a controlled substance, specifically, marijuana. Finding no error, we affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have instead provided a memorandum of law to the parties. Rule 30.25(b).
