WRIT DENIED. The denial of a motion to correct an illegal sentence is not an appealable judgment; a defendant may seek review thereof through an application for supervisory review. State v. Lee, 2011-1128 (La. App. 5th Cir. 7/31/12), 99 So.3d 721, 723. State v. Benoit, 446 So.2d 921 (La. App. 1st Cir.), writ denied, 448 So.2d 113 (La. 1984).
