Submitted on briefs March 17, 1995

Substitute information charging the defendant with the crime of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Stamford-Norwalk, geographical area number twenty, and tried to the jury before Rodriguez, J.; verdict and judgment of guilty, from which the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.

Gwen Perry, pro se, the appellant (defendant), filed a brief.

Eugene Callahan, state's attorney, and Susan C. Marks and Warren C. Murray, assistant state's attorneys, filed a brief for the appellee (state).
