Opinion

August 7, 2002

Dear Mr. Paskins:

On August 2, 2002, the Court received another motion for postconviction relief which includes your previous complaints together with reasons why I shall not rule on your case. On June 13, 2002, I advised you that I would remain the judge assigned to your case.

Again, you claim "no formal notice of charges," "never waived his right" (to indictment), and ineffective counsel. You raised these same issues many times before. You acknowledge that this is your eighth postconviction application.

This petition is denied for the same reasons as the earlier petitions, time barred, repetitive and previously adjudicated. See Rule 61(i). The present motion under Rule 61 is denied.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
