Information charging the defendant with the crime of larceny in the fifth degree by receiving stolen property, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Ansonia-Milford, geographical area number five, and tried to the jury before Fuller, J.; verdict and judgment of guilty, from which the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
