Applicant Jermaine Owens seeks review of the denial of his pretrial motion in limine requesting that any inculpatory statements in a letter to the victim obtained in supplemental discovery not be deemed admissible without first holding a free and voluntary hearing. On the showing made, the application for a writ of review is denied. State v. Dunn, 478 So.2d 659 (La.App. 2 Cir. 1985).
