CORRECTED ORDER

A petition for certification of the judgment in A-002857-17 having been submitted to this Court, and the Court having considered the same;

It is ORDERED that the petition for certification is granted, limited to the issue of whether the decision not to let defendant represent himself at trial violated his constitutional rights; and it is further

ORDERED that the appellant may serve and file a supplemental brief on or before March 9, 2020, and respondent may serve and file a supplemental brief thirty (30) days after the filing of appellant's supplemental submission, or, if appellant declines to file such a submission, on or before April 8, 2020.
