STATE OF WASHINGTON, Respondent, v. FEISAL MOHAMED OMAR, Appellant.

UNPUBLISHED OPINION

PER CURIAM.

Feisal Omar appeals from the 48-month term of probation imposed after he pleaded guilty to one count of fourth degree assault-domestic violence and one count of third degree theft-domestic violence. He contends, and the State concedes, that the trial court lacked authority to impose any term of probation exceeding 24 months. We accept the State's concession. See State v. Parent, ___Wn. App. ___, ___ P.3d ___, 2011 WL 4912853 (Wash. July 25, 2011) (probation limitation of RCW 9.95.210 refers to the cumulative sentence). Accordingly, we reverse and remand for imposition of a term of probation consistent with RCW 9.95.210 and State v. Parent.

Reversed and remanded.
