ORDER
It is ORDERED that the motions of the New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police for an extension of time within which to file a proposed amicus curiae brief (M-1327) and to file a motion for leave to appear as amicus curiae as within time (M-1328) are granted; and it is further
ORDERED that the motion of the New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police for leave to appear as amicus curiae (M-1329) is granted, limited to the filing of the brief that accompanied the motion. The parties may serve and file briefs in response on or before August 23, 2019.
