In State v. Nourallah, 98-1651 (La. 7/2/98), 721 So.2d 900, after the trial court ordered that the claimants' property be returned based on the State's failure to request a hearing within the sixty day time limit set forth in La. R.S. 40:2612(G), the court of appeal denied the State's application for supervisory writs.
