ORDER

Applicant Rickey D. Nelson seeks review of his misdemeanor conviction in Bastrop City Court. Nelson is entitled to judicial review of his conviction and sentence under La. Const, art. I, § 19. This Court is unable to review the conviction and sentence because Nelson has failed to include assignments of error or argument supporting his request for review of the conviction. The application also does not include a copy of the complete record, including the trial and sentencing transcript and any evidence introduced at trial. Nelson is instructed to promptly supplement this writ application with assignments of error and argument in support of his request for review of his conviction and sentence. The city court is also hereby ordered to send a complete certified copy of the record to this Court within 30 days of this order. La. Const, art. I. § 19 and La.C.Cr.P. art. 912.1(C)(1).
