Because the notice of appeal in this case was not filed with the clerk of the lower court within 30 days of the date of rendition of the order to be reviewed, see Fla.R.App.P. 9.110(b) (1999) (establishing 30-day time period for filing notice); Fla.R.App.P. 9.020(h) (1999) (defining rendition), this appeal is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
