STATE OF LOUISIANA v. NATHANIEL PARISH


In Re: Nathaniel Parish, applying for supervisory writs, 22nd Judicial District Court, Parish of Washington, No. 04-CR3-91325. BEFORE: GUIDRY, DRAKE AND HOLDRIDGE, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. According to the Office of the Clerk of Court of Washington Parish, on Ocrober 15, 2015, the district court acted on relator's application for a writ of mandamus, which relator filed in the district court on September 8, 2014. Accordingly, relator's request for an order enforcing this Court's May 18, 2015 order in relator's previous writ, 2015 CW 0236, is denied as moot.
