An appeal and cross appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about June 21, 2018, And defendant-respondent-appellant having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the cross appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion, deemed to include a request to vacate the administrative dismissal of the cross appeal (Rule 1250.10[c]), is granted, the cross appeal reinstated and the time to perfect the appeal and cross appeal is enlarged to the October 2019 Term.
