STATE OF LOUISIANA v. CHESTER MUSE

In Re: Chester Muse, applying for supervisory writs, 23rd Judicial District Court, Parish of Ascension, No. 35602 & 35603. BEFORE: PETTIGREW, McDONALD AND DRAKE, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. The records of the office of the Clerk of Court of Ascension Parish reflect that on May 3, 2016, relator was charged in two separate bills of information with the offenses at issue in his motion for release, and he was arraigned on those charges on May 24, 2016. Therefore, a request for release under La. Code Crim. P. art. 701(B) is moot. See State v. Varmall, 539 So.2d 45, 46 (La. 1989) (per curiam).
