ORDER
PER CURIAM
Robert J. Moses appeals from the St. Louis County Circuit Court's judgment convicting him of one count of second-degree murder and one count of armed criminal action. He raises two points on appeal. First, he argues that the trial court erred by giving the jury purportedly incorrect information. Second, he alleges that the trial court erred in failing to give a limiting instruction or declare a mistrial sua sponte after the State allegedly argued a fact not in evidence during closing argument.
A written opinion would have no precedential value nor serve any jurisprudential purpose. We have provided the parties a memorandum setting forth the reasons for our decision. We affirm the judgment of the trial court under Rule 30.25(b).
