STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Antonio Mario MORRISON, Appellant.

Matthew T. Merryman, Kansas City for appellant. Evan J. Buchheim, Jefferson City for respondent.

Matthew T. Merryman, Kansas City for appellant.

Evan J. Buchheim, Jefferson City for respondent.

Before Division One: Cynthia L. Martin, P.J., and Victor C. Howard and Alok Ahuja, JJ.

ORDER

PER CURIAM:

Following a bench trial in the Circuit Court of Buchanan County, Antonio Morrison was convicted of one count of resisting a lawful stop, a felony, in violation of § 575.150, RSMo. Morrison appeals. He argues that his felony conviction should be reversed, and a conviction for a misdemeanor entered in its place, because there was insufficient evidence that he "fle[d] in such a manner that [he] create[d] a substantial risk of serious physical injury or death to any person," as required to render the offense a felony under § 575.150.5. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 30.25(b).
