STATE of Wisconsin, Plaintiff–Respondent, v. Michael L. MOORE, Defendant–Appellant.

In its sentencing remarks, the State gave a run down of Moore's criminal history, and in doing so, reiterated that a firearm was not involved in the strong-armed robbery: “[H]e is eventually adjudicated delinquent of strong-armed robbery. Granted, it did not involve a firearm, but it was a robbery.” (Record citation omitted.)
