STATE of New Jersey, Plaintiff-Respondent, v. Thomas I. MOORE, Defendant-Petitioner.


ORDER

A petition for certification of the judgment in A-001872-18 having been submitted to this Court, and the Court having considered the same;

It is ORDERED that the petition for certification is granted, in part, limited to the Appellate Division's determination that the Graves Act applies to defendant's conviction under N.J.S.A. 2C:39-5(d). The Appellate Division's conclusion on the application of the Graves Act to N.J.S.A. 2C:39-5(d) is summarily reversed, and the matter is remanded to the trial court for proceedings consistent with the Appellate Division's opinion as modified by this order. Jurisdiction is not retained. Certification is denied as to all other issues.
