STATE OF LOUISIANA v. ANTHONY MERRELL MONROE

In Re: Anthony Merrell Monroe, applying for supervisory writs, 17th Judicial District Court, Parish of Lafourche, No. 529,944. BEFORE: WHIPPLE, C.J., WELCH AND DRAKE, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. This application appears to be an "Application for Post Conviction Relief," "Motion for Evidentiary Hearing and Appointment of Counsel," "Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus Ad Testificandum," and "Motion to Compel Answer." Because relator did not include a Petition for Writ of Mandamus, this writ presents nothing for this Court to review.
