STATE OF LOUISIANA v. RON MONROE


In Re: Ron Monroe, applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 11-16-0058. BEFORE: WHIPPLE, C.J., McCLENDON AND HIGGINBOTHAM, JJ.

WRIT NOT CONSIDERED. Relator failed to comply with Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal, Rules 2-13, 4-2, 4-3 and 4-5(C)(11), as he failed to provide documentation of the return date set by the district court, and the court's ruling extending the return date. Additionally, in violation of Rule 4-5(C)(8), relator failed to provide this court with a copy of his indictment. Supplementation of this writ application and/or an application for rehearing will not be considered. See Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal, Rules 2-18.7 & 4-9. In the event relator elects to file a new application with this court, the application must be filed on or before January 14, 2019. Any future filing on this issue should include the entire contents of this application, the missing items noted above, and a copy of this ruling.
