See Wis. Stat. § 940.32(1)(a)1.–10. and Wis JI–Criminal 1284. To “[s]uffer serious emotional distress” means to feel “terrified, intimidated, threatened, harassed, or tormented.” See Wis. Stat. § 940.32(1)(d) and Wis JI–Criminal 1284. (Emphasis added.)
