In State v. Moll, No. 89,933, 2003 WL 23018239, at *2 (Kan.App.2003) (unpublished opinion), rev. denied 277 Kan. 927 (2004), this court held that Moll's assault charges were not multiplicitous when Moll had pointed his gun at one officer and then turned and pointed his gun at another officer.
