ORDER
PER CURIAM
Dawit Mitchell ("Appellant") appeals his convictions in the 22nd Judicial Circuit Court. After a jury trial, Appellant was convicted of two counts of first-degree robbery, a class A felony under section 570.023, and two counts of armed criminal action, an unclassified felony under section 571.015.
In Point I, Appellant argues the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress statements he made after invoking his Miranda rights. In Point II, Appellant argues the trial court erred in denying his request to declare a mistrial because he was denied his full time for closing argument.
We have reviewed the briefs of the parties and the record on appeal and find the trial court did not err. A written opinion would have no precedential value and would serve no jurisprudential purpose. The parties have been furnished with a memorandum, for their information only, setting forth the reasons for our decision.
We affirm the judgment under Missouri Supreme Court Rule 30.25(b).
