In re Mincey, Robert Elijah Lamar a/k/a; — Defendant; Applying for Writ of Certiorari and/or Review, Parish of Calcasieu, 14th Judicial District court Div. D, No. 18494-06; to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, Nos. 08-1315,09-155.
Writ granted in part; otherwise denied. Defendant's sentence is amended to delete the trial court's prohibition on diminution of sentence pursuant to R.S. 15:571.3(C)(1)(c).
