IN RE: THE STATE OF LOUISIANA APPLYING FOR WRIT OF CERTIORARI AND STAY ORDER.


Writ not considered. The State has no perfected bill of exceptions before us on this adverse ruling on admissibility of evidence during progress of jury trial. See City of Baton Rouge v. Van Valkenburg, 259 La. 23, 249 So.2d 189 and State v. Moye, 250 La. 117, 194 So.2d 717; State v. George, 247 La. 333, 170 So.2d 861.
