Information charging the defendant with three counts of the crime of robbery in the first degree, four counts of the crime of unlawful restraint in the first degree and two counts of the crime of assault with a firearm in the second degree, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford and tried to the court, Corrigan, J.; judgment of guilty on all counts, from which the defendant appealed to this court. No error.

The evidentiary issue raised on appeal bears no similarity to the evidentiary issue -as it was presented to the trial court. We, therefore, decline to review the issue.
