The defendant's petition for certification to appeal from the Appellate Court, 221 Conn. App. 164, 301 A.3d 1063 (2023), is granted, limited to the following issues:
"1. Did the Appellate Court correctly determine that the defendant did not challenge the imposition of the standing criminal protective order on the ground that the trial court had failed to abide by the standard applicable to the imposition of such orders set forth in General Statutes § 53a-40e (a) ?
"2. If the answer to the first question is ‘no,’ did the trial court fail to abide by the standard set forth in § 53a-40e (a), and did it abuse its discretion in imposing the standing criminal protective order under the circumstances of this case?"
ALEXANDER, J., did not participate in the consideration of or decision on this petition.
