In Re: Robyn Melancon, applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 07-15-0837. BEFORE: WHIPPLE, C.J., McCLENDON AND HIGGINBOTHAM, JJ.
WRIT GRANTED for the sole purpose of transferring the writ application to the district court for enforcement of its order of July 5, 2018, wherein it granted relator's Motion for Production of Documents ordering that relator be provided with a Boykin transcript of guilty plea entered on March 23, 2017, Bill of Information, the Sentencing Minutes, and the Criminal Commitment Order. See State ex rel. Jackson v. State, 2004-0354 (La. 3/12/04), 869 So.2d 803.
