In re James E. Meddock, applying for writs of review. Parish of Jefferson. No. 81-1418.


Writ granted. The trial court ruling refusing to suppress evidence of the blood alcohol test is reversed. The case is remanded for retrial of the motion at which time state must produce the form required to be executed by R.S. 32:661 C or establish that it was executed and that there is a valid reason for its non-production.
