In Re: Eric McNeil, applying for supervisory writs, 21st Judicial District Court, Parish of Livingston, Nos. 17-FELN-034932 & 17-FELN-034936. BEFORE: WHIPPLE, C.J., McDONALD AND CHUTZ, JJ.
WRIT GRANTED. The district court's ruling denying relator's "Motion to Compel the State of Louisiana to Return All Property That was Previously agreed upon on May 15, 2017 that has not been returned as ordered by this Honorable Court" is vacated, and this matter is remanded to the district court for a contradictory hearing to allow relator to present evidence in support of his claim that certain items were not returned to him in accordance with the district court's June 13, 2017 amended order. See La. R.S. 15:41(C).
