In Re: Tracy Lee McMooain, applying for supervisory writs, 22nd Judicial District Court, Parish of St. Tammany, No. 534,869. BEFORE: PETTIGREW, McDONALD, AND PENZATO, JJ.
WRIT GRANTED for the sole purpose of transferring this writ application to the district court with instructions that the court provide relator with a copy of the uniform application for postconviction relief. See La. Code Crim. P. art. 926(D). The district court is further instructed to provide relator with a reasonable opportunity to complete and file the uniform application in compliance with all of the provisions of La. Code Crim. P. art. 926.
