STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Brandon A. MCDANIEL, Appellant.

Karen L. Kramer, Jefferson City, MO, Counsel for Respondent. Joellen Grohs, Kansas City, MO, Counsel for Appellant.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri, The Honorable Marco Roldan, Judge Karen L. Kramer, Jefferson City, MO, Counsel for Respondent.

Joellen Grohs, Kansas City, MO, Counsel for Appellant.

Before Division Two: Anthony Rex Gabbert, Presiding Judge, Karen King Mitchell, Judge, Janet Sutton, Judge

ORDER

Per Curiam:

Brandon McDaniel appeals the judgment of the Jackson County Circuit Court. McDaniel was convicted following jury trial of second-degree murder and armed criminal action. He was sentenced to consecutive sentences of twenty-seven years imprisonment for second-degree murder and three-years imprisonment for armed criminal action. In two points on appeal, McDaniel argues the trial court erred in admitting two photographs of purported bite marks on the victim’s body into evidence. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 30.25(b).
