Information charging the defendant with speeding and with operating a motor vehicle without a driver's license, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain, geographical area number fifteen, and tried to the court, Dunn, J.; judgment of guilty of speeding; thereafter, the court, Holzberg, J., granted the defendant's motion to open the judgment for the purpose of filing an appeal, and the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
