Appeal by defendant from judgments entered 18 December 2014 by Judge W. Russell Duke, Jr. in Pitt County Superior Court. Heard in the Court of Appeals 21 October 2015. Pitt County, Nos. 14 CRS 53292, 53331.

Three days prior to the hearing, Defendant had submitted a written waiver of counsel form to the trial court.
