Appeal from Superior Court, Marin County; Edward I. Butler, Judge.

Action by the State of California, acting by and through its Department of Public Works, against the Marin Municipal Water District, to recover alleged cost of removal and relocation of a portion of the water main. From an adverse judgment, defendant appeals.

Affirmed.
