ORDER

Per Curiam:

Mr. Dominque D. Marchbanks appeals the convictions following a jury trial in Jackson County Circuit Court of one count of second-degree murder, one count of unlawful use of a weapon, and two counts of armed criminal action. For reasons stated in the memorandum provided to the parties, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed in accordance with Rule 30.25(b).
