ORDER

Applicant, David Jerome Manning, Jr., complains that the trial court has not complied with this Court's March 6, 2024, order of mandamus directing the trial court to enter a dispositive ruling on Manning's motion to correct an illegal sentence. This Court has not received any response from the trial court including a copy of any order or ruling issued by the trial court related to the applicant's motion.

The applicant's motion to enforce this Court's previous order is granted The trial court is hereby ordered to comply with this Court's March 6, 2024, order within 30 days of this order. If the trial court has previously complied with the order, the court shall provide a copy of any response, order or ruling to the applicant, the district attorney, and this Court, within 10 days of this order.
