ORDER

PER CURIAM Defendant, Dale E. Maloy, appeals the judgment and sentence entered by the Circuit Court of Warren County after a jury convicted him of one count of first-degree rape, in violation of section 566.030 RSMo. (Supp. 2014); one count of armed criminal action, in violation of section 571.015 RSMo. (2016); and one count of kidnapping, in violation of section 565.110 RSMo. (Supp. 2014). Finding no reversible error, we affirm.

An opinion would have no precedential value. The parties have been provided with a memorandum, for their information only, setting forth the reasons for this decision.

We affirm the trial court's judgment. Rule 30.25(b).
