STATE of Iowa, Plaintiff–Appellee, v. John Alan MAKLENBURG, Defendant–Appellant.

Appeal from the Iowa District Court for Worth County, Rustin T. Davenport (plea hearing) and Gregg R. Rosenbladt (sentencing hearing), Judges. A defendant appeals his sentencing following his guilty plea to two counts of lascivious acts with a child. AFFIRMED IN PART, VACATED IN PART, AND REMANDED. Mark C.
